Report any message that is abusive, threatening, sexually inappropriate, or that asks you to pay or work outside MindHub. Also report fake profiles, plagiarised portfolios, or payment scams.
Open the chat with the user, tap the three-dot menu, choose "Report". Pick a category and add a short description. We see the full chat context automatically.
For impersonation or fake portfolios, open the profile, click "Report this profile", and attach evidence (screenshots, links to the original work).
Our trust team reviews within 24 hours (4 hours for fraud or threats). The other user is not told who reported them. You will get a follow-up email with the outcome.
Warning, temporary suspension, permanent ban, refund to victim, or referral to law enforcement for criminal cases. We always err on the side of safety.
Anyone asking you to communicate or pay outside MindHub is breaking the rules — and you lose escrow protection. Report immediately.

تحذير، إيقاف مؤقت، حظر دائم، استرداد للضحية، أو إحالة للجهات الأمنية.
أي حد يطلب الدفع/التواصل خارج MindHub بيكسر القواعد — وبتفقد حماية الـ escrow.
