How to dispute a charge

When to dispute a charge

A charge dispute is for payment problems — duplicate charges, charges you do not recognise, or top-ups that succeeded with your bank but did not reach your wallet. For delivery problems, use a contract dispute instead.

1. Check your wallet first

Many "missing" top-ups are just delayed by 5-15 minutes. Refresh the wallet page. Your transaction history shows pending and completed top-ups separately.

2. Open the transaction

Wallet → Transactions → find the charge → "Dispute charge". Provide the bank reference number (in your bank app or SMS), date, and amount.

3. We investigate with the gateway

We open a case with Paymob / Fawry / your provider. Most cases resolve in 3-5 business days. Duplicate charges are usually automatically refunded by the gateway within 24 hours once detected.

Chargebacks via your bank

You can also file a chargeback directly with your bank. Please tell us first so we can support the investigation with our records — surprise chargebacks may temporarily suspend your account until verified.

Outcome

If the charge was incorrect, you get a full refund to your original method (3-10 business days for cards). If it was correct, we share the payment confirmation with you so you can reconcile with your bank.

الطعن للمشاكل المالية — دفعة مكررة، أو دفعة لا تتذكرها، أو شحن نجح في البنك ولم يصل للمحفظة. لمشاكل التسليم، استخدم نزاع العقد.

١. تحقق من المحفظة أولاً

كثير من الشحنات "المفقودة" متأخرة 5-15 دقيقة فقط. حدّث الصفحة.

٢. افتح المعاملة

المحفظة → المعاملات → اختر الدفعة → "طعن". قدّم مرجع البنك والتاريخ والمبلغ.

٣. التحقيق

نفتح قضية مع Paymob / فوري / المزوّد. تُحل معظم الحالات في 3-5 أيام عمل.

Chargeback من البنك

يمكنك طلب chargeback من بنكك. أبلِغنا أولاً كي ندعم التحقيق — الـ chargeback المفاجئ قد يوقف حسابك مؤقتاً.

النتيجة

إذا كانت الدفعة خاطئة، استرداد كامل لوسيلتك الأصلية (3-10 أيام للكروت). إذا كانت صحيحة، نشاركك تأكيد الدفع.
