Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) defines what is and isn't allowed on MindHub. The goal: keep the platform safe for everyone — clients, providers, and visitors.

Any violation may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of held balances, and referral to authorities when criminally actionable.

You may not post or send:

• Sexually explicit, pornographic, or minor-exploitation material.
• Content promoting violence, hate, terrorism, or racial/religious/gender discrimination.
• Personal information about others without consent (doxxing).
• Content infringing intellectual property (copyright, trademark, patent).
• Malware, phishing links, deceptive URLs, or harmful scripts.
• Drugs, controlled substances, weapons, or anything illegal in your operating jurisdiction.

• Harassment, threats, or verbal abuse of any user.
• Circumventing escrow or soliciting off-platform payment after a match.
• Operating multiple accounts to evade plan limits or bans.
• Posting fake reviews, review trading, or search-result manipulation.
• Scraping or bot-crawling the platform without written permission.
• Attempting to breach accounts or infrastructure.

You may not solicit or accept payment outside MindHub after making contact with a client through the platform. This protects both parties (escrow + dispute resolution + tax invoices) and keeps the platform sustainable.

Any attempt to redirect a client to external payment will result in account suspension and forfeiture of held balances.

• You may not pass fully AI-generated work as human-crafted without disclosure.
• When using AI as an assist, disclose it clearly in your proposal.
• You may not use AI to generate harmful, deceptive, or deepfake content.

We monitor the platform automatically (scanners + moderators) and manually on reports. Enforcement escalates: warning → content hidden → temporary suspension → permanent ban.
