• Send notifications (orders, payments, messages) — no spam.

We share only minimum-necessary data with trusted infrastructure providers:

• Cloudinary — image and video hosting.
• Pusher — realtime messaging and notifications.

• Resend — transactional email.

We never sell your data to advertisers. Ever.

• Account data: while your account is active + 30 days after deletion.
• Transaction records: 5 years (tax and accounting compliance).
• KYC documents: 5 years after account termination.
• Messages: 3 years after the last activity.

• Access: request a copy of your data.
• Erasure: request deletion of your account and all data.
• Portability: receive your data in machine-readable JSON.
• Rectification: correct inaccurate data from Settings.
