Terms of Service

MindHub is a marketplace that connects clients with verified marketing providers, freelancers, content creators, and agencies, with escrow payments and in-app messaging.

We are an intermediary — not a party to the contract between client and provider. Our role is to provide a safe, well-run platform.

• You must be 18 or older, or acting for a registered business entity.
• The information you provide must be accurate and up to date.
• Providers must pass KYC before their profile is visible to clients.

• You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for all activity from your account.
• Duplicate accounts for the same person or entity are not allowed without written consent.
• No impersonation, stolen portfolios, harassment, or unlawful content.

All payments are held in escrow via Paymob or Stripe. Funds release only after the client approves the delivery.

Platform commission is 10% of each successful transaction, deducted from the provider's earnings. Sign-up and posting projects are free for clients.

• Either party may open a dispute from the project page if something goes wrong.
• MindHub's team reviews documents and chat logs and issues a decision within 48 business hours.
• Outcomes may include full release, partial release, full refund, or partial refund.

The MindHub name, logo, and code belong to us. Content you upload (portfolio, images, text) stays yours; you grant us a limited license to display it on the platform.

Upon full payment, IP rights in deliverables transfer to the client, unless the project contract states otherwise.

• You may delete your account any time from Settings. We erase your data within 30 days.
• We may suspend or terminate an account for a material breach of these Terms.
• On termination: client balance is refunded after deducting open liabilities; provider payouts are sent within 14 business days.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt; jurisdiction lies with the courts of Cairo. Material changes will be emailed to you at least 30 days before they take effect.
