Approved milestones move to "Pending clearance" for 24 hours, then become "Available" in your wallet. This short hold protects against last-minute disputes and chargebacks.
InstaPay (instant to most Egyptian banks), local bank transfer (1-3 business days), Vodafone Cash (instant), and Wise for non-EGP currencies (1-2 business days). The full list lives in Wallet → Payout Methods.
Minimum withdrawal is 100 EGP. Unverified accounts cap at 5,000 EGP per withdrawal and 20,000 EGP per month. Fully KYC-verified accounts have no monthly cap.
MindHub does not charge a withdrawal fee. The payout provider may charge their own (typically 0-15 EGP for InstaPay/banks). The exact fee is shown before you confirm.
Each withdrawal has a status: Submitted → Approved → Sent → Received. You can see and download a receipt for every step from Wallet → Withdrawals.
If the payout provider rejects (wrong IBAN, closed account), the funds return to your wallet within 24 hours. You can then fix the details and retry — no fees on failed attempts.

إذا رفض المزوّد (IBAN خاطئ، حساب مقفول)، ترجع الأموال للمحفظة خلال 24 ساعة. عدّل وأعد المحاولة بدون رسوم.
