B2B SaaS (HR tech, 200+ employees, focused on MENA mid-market). Currently spending ~$8k/month on Google Ads + Meta with mediocre ROAS (~1.4). Need an honest audit + 90-day rebuild plan.
Scope:
1. Audit existing campaigns, conversion tracking, and landing pages
2. Competitor analysis (5 closest competitors)
3. New 90-day media plan with budget allocation, KPIs, and weekly milestones
4. Setup recommendations (any GTM, Meta CAPI, server-side tracking gaps)
Deliverable: written report + 60-min walkthrough call.
Preference: someone who has worked with SaaS B2B in MENA before. Send 1-2 case studies in your pitch.
