When a client pays for a project, funds are held securely by MindHub — not sent directly to the provider.
Clients are protected because funds only release after they approve deliverables. Providers are protected because the money is already committed.
Once the client approves the work, funds are released to the provider's wallet within 24 hours.
If there's a disagreement, either party can open a dispute and our team will mediate.
