Pause hides your profile and stops billing, but keeps your data, reviews, and wallet. Delete removes you permanently after a 14-day grace period and erases personal data per GDPR.
Settings → Account → "Pause account". Choose a return date (or leave open-ended). Subscriptions freeze, profile is hidden from search, but existing contracts and chats stay accessible.
Settings → Account → "Delete account". Confirm with your password. Active contracts must be completed or cancelled first. Any wallet balance must be withdrawn or it will be forfeited after 14 days.
After requesting deletion you have 14 days to sign back in and cancel. During this window your account is fully disabled (no login from the public site) but recoverable via the confirmation email.
Anonymised transaction records (for tax law), invoices issued, and any reviews you wrote (shown as "Former member"). Everything else — profile, portfolio, messages — is permanently removed.

سجلات معاملات مجهولة الهوية (للضرائب)، والفواتير، والتقييمات التي كتبتها كـ "عضو سابق".
