Three layers of verification — they all have to pass.
1. Identity (KYC)
Government ID + selfie + liveness check. Reviewed by humans within 24 hours.
2. Payment readiness
Withdrawals only unlock once we confirm:
- Verified phone number
- Verified email
- Connected payout method (Stripe Connect or local bank)
3. Platform integrity
- No 1-star pattern in past contracts
- No open disputes
- KYC not expired
If any of the three fails, the green KYC badge disappears from the public profile.
