The diagnosis
You spent 30k EGP on ads. 5,000 people visited. 23 converted. Your CRO is 0.46%. That's terrible — and predictable.
Fix 1: The headline doesn't match the ad
Visitors arrived expecting one thing, landed on another. If your ad said "Free SEO audit", the headline must say "Get your free SEO audit." Not "We are a marketing agency." Match the promise word-for-word.
Fix 2: There are too many CTAs
Most MENA landing pages have 4–7 CTAs: "Book a call", "Download guide", "Watch video", "Chat now", "WhatsApp us", "Email us", "Visit our office." The page becomes a menu, not a decision.
Pick ONE CTA. Move the rest to a "Need help?" section at the bottom.
Fix 3: Trust signals are buried
Logos, testimonials, badges (ISO, KYC verified, MindHub Pro) need to be in the first scroll. Buyers in MENA need 3 trust signals before they fill any form.
