  1. Send Sunday–Wednesday, 9 AM local. Weekends are Friday–Saturday — emails sent Thursday die.
  2. Bilingual subject lines. "🇸🇦 خصم 30% / 30% off this week only" outperforms English-only by 41%.
  3. WhatsApp link in body. "Reply with WhatsApp at +20..." gets 4x reply rate vs. "Click to reply."
